'We've Exhausted All Contacts': Missing Woman Could Be In FXB, Spotsy, Concerned Family Says

UPDATE: Family says Kayla Miller has made contact with them.

ORIGINAL: Kayla Miller, 31, was reported missing on Tuesday, Aug. 15, by the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.

Kayla is believed to be in the Fredericksburg or Spotsylvania area. 

Family last heard from Kayla on Tuesday, Aug. 8, according to Cody Thomas Ottinger, who identified himself as Kayla's brother.
